Wilson turned the snake, which she named Double Trouble, over to the Catawba Science Center, which affirmed it was a non-venomous rodent snake.

The science place, which is getting ready to return this week following a long closure in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, said the snake will have another perpetual home and will be utilized in instructive projects for youngsters.

The science community said the snake's two heads are the aftereffect of a transformation accepted to happen in one out of each 100,000 rodent snakes.
